How we measure results

Clicks are the beginning. Profit is the scoreboard.

LocalYield follows the customer journey beyond the ad platform so business owners can understand what their marketing actually produces.

The metrics

What we measure, and what it means.

Cost per Lead

How much advertising spend is required to generate an inquiry.

Website Visitors

Distinct anonymous visitors recorded by installed website tracking—not a count of identified people.

Lead-to-Sale Rate

The percentage of leads recorded as Sold by your team.

Customer Acquisition Cost

Advertising spend divided by the number of recorded customers. This excludes management fees and other sales costs.

Attributed Revenue

Revenue connected to customers acquired through tracked marketing activity.

Revenue ROAS

Attributed revenue divided by advertising spend.

Gross Profit

Profit reported by the client for customers we bring them under a Performance Partnership. Flat-fee clients do not need to report profit.

Gross Profit Multiple

Client-reported profit from tracked customers divided by advertising spend, for Performance Partnerships.

Reporting depends on installed tracking and the outcomes your team records. Missing data stays unknown—not estimated. Revenue requires recorded sale amounts; profit metrics apply to Performance Partnerships. Google Ads conversions are platform-reported actions, not confirmed customers.

Most marketing reporting stops too early.

Clicks tell us whether advertising gets attention. Customers and profit tell us whether it works.

Impressions, clicks, CTR and CPC still matter for optimizing campaigns. We simply keep measuring farther into the sales process.

Attribution transparency

Know where the numbers came from.

LocalYield combines advertising data, lead tracking and client-reported sales outcomes to build a practical view of customer acquisition performance. Attribution quality depends on the tracking and business data available.

No attribution model is perfect—our goal is the clearest practical picture, with the sources behind every number visible.

Done for you

We generate the opportunities—and build the measurement system that shows what happened to them.
