LocalYield collects information you provide through our forms, such as your name, business details, email and phone number, to respond to inquiries and deliver requested services.
We use this information to contact you, prepare growth audits, and provide services. We do not sell personal information.
On websites with LocalYield tracking installed, we collect pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers, page visits, referral and campaign information, and website interactions. These records help connect marketing activity to inquiries and client-reported sales. Where consent is required, tracking must be configured to respect that choice.
Visitors remain unidentified until they voluntarily submit identifying information through a tracked form. Form details may be linked to the visitor’s recorded journey. We do not use fingerprinting or store IP addresses in tracking records.
Anonymous visit history is subject to the site’s configured retention period. Client teams can access their own lead and outcome records; LocalYield uses these records to deliver attribution and reporting services.
You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us through the Contact page.
